From first contact to live orders

Every detail below reflects the published Pincoon platform and API documentation.

  1. 01Request partner access

    Start by contacting the Pincoon team with your business details. Technical and commercial assistance is provided from onboarding to ongoing success.

  2. 02Get your API credentials

    Your API key and secret are available in the partner account under My Account → API Credentials. Every request sends both headers: X-Api-Key and X-Api-Secret.

  3. 03Discover the catalog

    List active products with your customer-specific prices from GET /products, paginated with page and pageSize. Narrow results with currency, group (brand) and search, and discover the available currencies and groups with GET /products/filters.

  4. 04Buy codes with redeem

    POST /redeem buys and delivers a product's codes and charges the amount to your USD balance. The response returns an orderId, the product details, the total price and the pins. For range-priced products (where minFaceValue differs from maxFaceValue) send the desired card value as faceValue.

  5. 05Handle responses and errors

    All prices and balance are in USD. Stock is not shared through the API: if a product is out of stock, redeem returns a 422 error. Errors come back with a 4xx status code and a body of the form { "message": "..." }.
